Strawberry Preserves

This is the preserve we've been working toward. Whole strawberries cooked down with sugar and pectin in small batches, jarred hot, sealed with a plastisol button lid so you know it's fresh when the button's still down. That's it. No corn syrup. No artificial colors. No "natural flavor" asterisks.
Ingredients: Strawberries, sugar, pectin, lemon juice. (That's the whole list.)
