Get the scoop on homemade ice cream in this fun and informative program led by Chef Keegan! Together, we’ll make a batch of simple, classic vanilla ice cream while exploring the delicious world of frozen desserts.
You’ll learn about:🍨 The different types of ice cream and frozen treats (gelato, sorbet, sherbet & more)🍦 Tools and equipment you can use at home — from hand-cranks to high-tech machines🥄 Tips for ingredients, mix-ins, flavoring, and achieving that perfect creamy texture
