Easy as Pie — Dough, Filling & Hand Pies with Chef Keegan
In this fun, hands-on class, Chef Keegan will show you just how simple and satisfying it is to make your own pie dough from scratch. You’ll learn a foolproof technique for creating tender, flaky crust — plus how to make a delicious, no-fuss filling to complete your pie masterpiece.
Students will make enough dough to take home for two single-crust pies or one double-crust pie, ready to use for your next creation. During class, you’ll shape and bake hand pies or a galette to enjoy fresh from the oven.
