Easy as Pie!!

In this hands-on class, students will learn how easy it really is to make pie dough. A simple technique will also be used to make a pie filling! Students will make enough pie dough to take home for 2 single crusts or 1 double crust pie(s), and make hand pies or a Gallet to enjoy in class.

Each student will also have a packet with recipes and clear instructions for use at home. Suitable for people 12 and older. Please wear comfortable shoes and clothing. Aprons, towels, all ingredients and accompanying materials will be provided. Class maximum is 10.
