Join Chef Keegan for a deliciously hands-on afternoon learning the art of choux pastry — the light, airy dough behind bakery favorites like cream puffs and éclairs. If you've ever wanted to master these elegant treats, this is the class for you!
You’ll make pâte à choux from scratch and learn how to pipe, bake, and fill it like a pro. We'll prepare a silky pastry cream to fill both your éclairs and cream puffs, and finish the éclairs with a rich, glossy chocolate glaze. By the end of class, you'll leave with a box of your handmade pastries and the skills to recreate them at home.
