Chef Keegan Rodgers of The Lakehouse Bakery joins the South Rockwood Branch of the Monroe County Library System for an evening on charcuterie. We talk about what it is, the history of it all, how and what to buy, how to put a board together so it looks generous, and how to scale it for a crowd or just for two on a Friday night.
