About the event
Chef Keegan Rodgers of The Lakehouse Bakery comes to Tecumseh District Library for a hands on workshop covering both water bath canning and pressure canning. You will see how each method works, when to reach for which one, and how to keep everything safe.
Questions are welcome throughout, and beginners are in very good company here.
