About the event

Artisan Bread Baking — From Starter to Stunning Loaves

In this engaging hands-on class, students will explore the fundamentals of making artisan bread from scratch. You’ll learn how to begin and care for a sourdough starter, and you’ll mix, shape, score, and bake beautiful artisan loaves in our European hearth oven. Breads made will include ciabatta, baguette, and sourdough — each with its own unique flavor and texture.

Students will leave class with the breads they bake, a detailed recipe packet, and plenty of tips and tricks for successfully recreating these loaves at home.

👨‍🍳 Best suited for ages 16 and up. Please wear comfortable shoes. All recipes, aprons, towels, and ingredients will be provided.
