From mastering fermentation to shaping dough and unlocking the secrets of a crisp, golden crust—you’ll gain the know-how to elevate your bread game.
Whether you’re brand new to bread making or a longtime baking enthusiast, you’ll leave with the knowledge to start your own sourdough journey. Each participant will learn how to create and care for a sourdough starter—a living ingredient you can use again and again to bake fresh loaves at home.
