Chocolate has been called the "fruit of the gods" — and in this fun, hands-on class, you’ll discover why! Join Chef Keegan for a delicious exploration of chocolate’s rich history, what makes it so special, and how to taste and pair it like a pro. You’ll learn how to tell the difference between chocolate types and percentages, explore flavor pairings, and more.
Then, it’s time to get hands-on: you’ll make a rich, creamy chocolate mousse and a silky-smooth ganache — the foundation for irresistible chocolate truffles. Along the way, you’ll participate in a guided chocolate tasting to help you discover your personal favorites!
